Thank you to the 8 incredible bands who joined us at Strafiato. Your talent and passion truly brought the streets of Innsbruck to life!
Huge thanks to our 141 crowdfunders for raising over €6,200 - your generosity hits all the right notes! Your support provided us with the boost of funds we needed to pay 100% of the band's travel costs. (If you haven't seen the awesome crowdfunding video, go watch that!)
Enormous thanks to Innsbruck City, Land Tirol, Innsbruck Marketing, Tiroler Tourismusverband, IKB, Piano Bar, OGB Tirol, Machete Kater Noster, UNIQA, Bellutti, Dr. Plaikner, and Moschen for their grants and donations totaling over €36,000. We recognize the power of collaboration and funding - their generous support has been essential in bringing our vision to life, and for that, we are profoundly grateful.
Immense gratitude to all the volunteers whose tireless efforts ensured Strafiato ran like a well-oiled machine - often behind the scenes and away from the spotlight. A special shoutout to our dedicated night-long security guards, standing vigilant until dawn; your commitment is deeply appreciated.
Thank you to the wonderful people of Innsbruck for stepping out and joining us in reclaiming the streets with music - these spaces belong to us all. Your enthusiastic participation in the climate strike was inspiring and crucial in amplifying our collective voice for change.
It is very important to us that 100% of the festival activities are free of charge to the public. But those who had the means dropped nearly €3000 into our "Kapitalismus Abfall" bin, and that did not go unnoticed.
In case you're wondering where all that money went, well we had nearly €45,500 in income and €46,000 in expenses. A significant part, over €30,000, was dedicated to travel and catering, while the rest covered event fees, marketing, and production costs.
It's important to note that StreetNoise Orchestra and all the bands organized, executed, and performed passionately without any monetary compensation, truly embodying the spirit of community and love for music.
