SNO uses it to draw attention to climate change. Often it is introduced with a short melodic stanza written by our own Sebastian H.

“The pole caps are melting, the waters rise high /

There’s no ark for rescue, just heat from the sky!

The planet is dying, the rivers run dry /

No god here for rescue, it’s our own try!”

followed by thematic shouts in the music breaks:

“THINK!” / “RISE!” / “ACT!” / “CHANGE!”

The composer wrote to us in January 2016:
